All appointments are subject to our cancellation & no show policy.
You will be required to add a bank card to your account to confirm your appointment. No money will be taken prior to your appointment.
we reserve to right to cancel an appointment that is not confirmed.
​If you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, you maybe charged 30% of your appointment total.
If you do not show for an appointment, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
All colour appointments will need a skin test. You can call in up to a week prior & no less than 48 hours before your appointment - no appointment necessary.
