All appointments are subject to our cancellation & no show policy.

You will be required to add a bank card to your account to confirm your appointment. No money will be taken prior to your appointment.

we reserve to right to cancel an appointment that is not confirmed.

If you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, you maybe charged 30% of your appointment total.

If you do not show for an appointment, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

 

All colour appointments will need a skin test you can call in up to a week prior & no less than 48 hours before your appointment - no appointment necessary.
